Engineering
Shepard Civil Engineering provides Civil Engineering for
design of improvements to real property. These services
include the design of utilities, storm sewers, sanitary
sewers, site grading, roads, parking lots, retaining walls,
and other improvements. Services also include master
planning and design of subdivisions and assistance to the
client through the planning and permitting process.

Shepard Civil Engineering has twenty years of experience
in planning and permitting throughout the United States
with an emphasis in the Metropolitan St. Louis region,
including St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles
County, Jefferson County, Lincoln County, and Illinois .
Part of Your Team

design team. Our staff has worked as a part of many
multi-disciplined design teams. These teams involve
architects, engineers, planners, owners and contractors.
