About Us

Kevin H. Shepard, P.E.

Kevin Shepard has been working as a licensed
Professional Engineer for nearly twenty years.  His
varied career spans employment in large and small
engineering companies.

Although Kevin enjoyed the excitement of working on
state-of-the-art projects like the proposed X-33 launch
site once slated to replace the NASA Shuttle program,
the Sverdrup Master Builder Award winning Fujisawa
USA Plant and the reconditioning of Lock and Dam 24,
he missed interacting with clients and owners of the
property.  He also missed the satisfaction of designing
locally owned projects and seeing the project through
from start to finish.

After several years working for large companies, Kevin
resolved to form a company where personal service was
paramount and where all clients have access to the
Chief Engineer, Project Manager and Owner.

Kevin received his degree in Civil Engineering from
University of Missouri at Rolla.  He is a member of
ASCE.

Kevin is also active is the community and is the Board
President of Disabled Athlete Sports Association,
DASA.  In his spare time, he enjoys participating in
triathalons and hanging out with his three sons.

Kevin is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, and
Utah
